But--if you go onto that board and try to convert Christians there to your particular denomination, you will be banned.

What is it that you guys do not understand about "Non-denominational"? That means it is a SAFE-ZONE for Protestants, Catholics, Messianic Jews and Jews who want to to have discussions on topics of interest to both. Relax, talk normal with people instead of coming off as if "you are saved", and nobody else is.
That attitude is enough to get you banned there also. Make sure you read this in the rules there.

To answer your very good question. The answer is simple.
