I have always been very jelious of God, and the Lord. I had a freind who i thought was a friend at the time, and he liked to read and talk about the bible. He also had some very bad habbits that would get him in trouble from time to time, and he would have to be secret about certain things he did. The problem with my friend was that he was always right, and would never give in to anyone else's way of thinking. I had been walking with God for some time and seen things he could never see, and his interpretations where very wroong. Not the kind of interpretation where you could say let me think about it or ill file it away for later use, but the kind of interpretation you knew was wrong from the start.
One day while talking to my friend (his name was Lynn)made me very upset because i knew from what the Lord had already shown me that i knew the answer and not him. I was getting ready for work, and went in to take a shower. While i was showering i was talking to the Lord about it, and worryed for my friend Lynn and his salvation. When i asked the Lord what i should do the Lord said to me....." bring as many people as who would agree with you, and he bring as many who would agree with him into one place, and whoever has more will be right". This totally amazed me because of the way it happend not so much he spoke to me. There are those people who believe that the Lord only shows things, and doesnt speak. For the most part thats true, because Jesus said its not what my father told me to do its what he showed me to do. So as long as its within that standard eventhough he spoke it has to have a place that will come out in a time. But at that time i didnt know that, and thought it literal without waiting for the earth side to manifest itself for a proper interpretation. Also with each thing the Lord does has a signiture on it that when it happens only that person knows it from God. (from asking to show its him that answers prayer). With fire its often rule by deseption or force, and with the dove its always to look, and with the halo its always with words. I often wondered why that was never put in the bible, but it is in words which say "take no forethought of what your going to say when your brought before your enemys". In other words because he disagreed with what the Lord showed me, and was more or less a argument the Lord considered him to fight against him. How the halo works is your mind shuts down, and goes black though you can still stand, and when it comes back up so you can see the feeling of the rushing of blood tingles your head and give the impression of a hat both circle around the head and over the head.
When i went out a met him i told him what the lord said but he backed down eventhough he said he was going to do it. The place finally came that i found in which was a place all christains could agree,(dont ask) and i posted the challenge to him to show him in a loveing way what the Lord wanted of him. This was done three times in three month, and upon his last chance the Lord saw it fit to take him. I fealt really bad because he had lots of chances to change his life, and his lifstyle killed him. So in a manner of speaking the Lord wanted him to follow me, and those around to see what was going to happen, and they would all remember what was said and believe, and be saved. Funny though the arora of a person being passive is often walked on by those more stuborn, and think their way of life is better. Jesus dint get to many people from his home town interested either because they knew him or thought they knew him. God bless.
