Sad, sad story. If you don't mind, I'll share some observations, some of which might sting, so don't read on if you are sensitive:
1. It might be your delivery. A lot of people (including myself) are put off by zealotry. I absolutely hate having ideas crammed down my throat. You could try a different tact, instead of telling people they *need* Jesus, you might want to wait until their life ebbs a little, perhaps after a job loss when they really do need strength.
2. Don't set yourself up to be a victim. Based on what you've outlined, it seems that you expect to be trampled on; reference the asking of $1 from your mom. One dollar? What was the intent of that? That'll buy you a gumball. Victimhood is a downward spiral, blaming everybody but yourself for what's going on. Take responsibility and start being positive.
3. Agreed that most people don't want to hear about Jesus, and that is sad.
But most important, DO NOT regard yourself as righteous in the face of all of this "adversity". That my friend is a sin of pride. Just please, go on with your life in Jesus, and be in peace.
Sorry about the not-so-easy to read words, I wish I could be more articulate. Please internalize them, as I believe they lead down a path that will make you happier.
