Dear Brothers and Friends in Christ.
This is a testimony of how I have been hated, mocked, verbally abused, and called every dirty name in the book, because of my love for Christ himself.
Have you friends ever been counted worthy to sufffer for the name sake of our Lord Jesus Christ?
My wife before she accepted Jesus as savior, hated it when I would talk about Jesus, and she did not like other Christians either, and she even Claimed she was a Christian and I kept telling her that she was not saved at all. She did not cheerish and love the words of God either.
She hated me for talking about Jesus Christ and the words of God!
My own kids hates it when I talk about Jesus Christ, so even my own children persecutes me over it as well.
As it is written: MT 10:36 a man's enemies will be the members of his own household.'
As it is written: MT 24:9 "Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me.
Over my 18 1/2 years as a Christian, many people have hated me and abused me verbally because of my faith in Jesus. GLORY TO GOD!
When I accept Jesus as savior, my relatives, my friends and others has turned their backs on me because of my faith in Jesus Christ. For example a few years back I asked my mom if I could borrow $1. She replied, why don't you ask your God for $1.
Another situation, I sent a letter telling my sister that she needed Jesus Christ and she told my mom that I do not exist in her book. My sister disowned me as her brother because of my faith in Jesus. I do not have any other brothers or sisters at all.
My dad, hated that I was a Christian. He was more indirect about it though. You can tell through his expressions. My uncle Eddie and Aunt Debbie are unitarians. They believe everyone will go to heaven. They hated it when I told them the truth that many will go to hell. We had arguments about it all.
This other time me and wife was coming out of price chopper after buying food and we started to put the food into our trunk and the guy that was walking towards price chopper looked at us with a red face and yelled while waving his hand at us, and said GET OUt of hear and the top of his lungs. We did not know the man at all.
I have went to many chat rooms, message boards, and forums. I went to spread the Gospel and to try and bring the lost sheep back to christ and the lost souls to Christ. I went to Christian, Islam, satanist, athiest, witches, and etc chat rooms and so fourth. I was of course severely hated for it. And a muslim even tried to send me a virus as well, because he hated me so much.
My security system has a way to track people who tries to send me viruses and such. I can even get their exact street address, name and such. I did not report the muslim to Interpool because of the hassels of it.
Interpool is a international law enforcement agency.
This all is a slight example of what I have gone through for Jesus Christ. I have been mocked, and called every name in the book, and attacked by satan many times over as well. Everyone me and wife goes, people automatically know we are Christians. ANd we sure get the looks at stores and such.
We are not accepted by most, not even in the Christian Communities, because we live by Gods truth and we are hated when we teach and tell us of the truth of God. Even in this forum I have been hated because of truth and of my faith in Jesus Christ.
People today, even in the Christian Communities do not want to hear truth, because to many people wants to hold on to their worldy ways and hold on to their sinful behaviors instead of denying their selves for Christ.
To many only want to hear about what they want to hear (false teachings) instead of hearing what they should hear (true teachings).
Many today rejects the ways and will of God. If any one that says they are a Christian, and if they are not hated and persecuted because of the name of Jesus Christ, then my friends and brothers there is something seriously wrong with that person.
People (Pagans) who are even quickly can detect the holy spirit in us, and can tell that we are entirely different than them, and it will make them very uneasy to say the leaast.
So my friends are you sharing your faith, and have you actually denied your self and rejected the ways of this world or are you holding on to the ways of this world instead of Holding on to the ways of God??????????
