I saw the movie, and thought it was awesome! Where did you get to see it for $4 bucks though? I believe I paid $7.50. Anyway, I thought the movie was one of the best, if not the best of the series. It didn't have the usual "fluff," (cutsy stuff) as I call it from some of the previous Star Wars movies.
While watching the movie, did it occur to you how much the premise of it is similiar to the Bible? The movie story-line is spirtual, without being spiritual though.Darth Vadaar falling from the good spiritual based realm of the "Jedi," to the Dark side of the spiritual based "force." What other spiritual based being fell from the good side, to the dark? The highest Jedi Masters apparently learn to communicate with the living once they pass on into the "force." Of course, this is a spiritual tangent that we know we won't be able to do when we pass on.I guess this is where the dividing line develops between the spiritual,vs.non-spiritual movie story, and reality as we know it, and the Bible clearly states.Anakin speaks to his wife about the "blessing" they've recieved. Whom did they recieve it from? The "force?" Some of the scenery images of the movie also reinforce the mirrored events of the Bible to some extent.I enjoyed the movie, but I hope people, expecially young kids don't buy into the "force" as being a real realm of spirituality. I'm probably being a little naive along this train of thought? I hope they're already embedded in the only true "Force," - Jesus Christ, and see the movie as just that, a movie.
