Belief alone will not save us!

Belief alone is not enough to save anyone from sin, and to bring them to heaven. When you have Faith, you have a new spiritual Life. And why did Yeshua/Jesus come to earth? John 10 answers that. It anticipates Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism, etc., I believe.

John 10:10
10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

About believing only
James 2:19-20

19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. 20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?

About Faith...

But Faith does save us. We are "justified by faith". Faith opens our hearts to God so that Jesus can claim us as His own.

Romans 5:1-5

1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: 2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. 3 And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; 4 And patience, experience; and experience, hope: 5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

"He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him" John 3:36
