I do agree the Bibles in all of thier various translations are being messed with way to much.

But I am "FIRM" believer that we should read a bible on our own language that we normally speak on an every day basis. It just plain ole common sense, as it is written:

ECC 10:3 Even as he walks along the road,
the fool lacks sense and shows everyone how stupid he is.

There should only be "ONE Bible" per language written in that language, not several.

In my powerful Bible Program I have the KJV and The NIV and both of them are almost exactly has the same words all through both of them.

The one diference for example: (KJV) MT 5:32 But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.

The (NIV): MT 5:32 But I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for marital unfaithfulness, causes her to become an adulteress, and anyone who marries the divorced woman commits adultery.

SO you see the meaning instill kept intact. And if you actually want a bible that was not changed at all (The true Bible) then get a Hebrew, and Greek not the KJV or NIV.

You see how silly that would be? How could for example the chineese, german or other languages could understand Hebrew or Greek especially if they could not afford to go to an expensive bible school to learn Hebrew or Greek.

Its all Greek to me> LOL :)

My friend I have studied both the KJV and the NIV and both are good, but I do not go around saying, thou, thee, etc. So I why would I read a book with that language in it?

I guess everyone has their preference and we should respect that as long as the BIble can not be proven to be false that is.

Well there is my 2 cents worth friend. Have a blessed day in the day of our Lord
