The Sabbath is a direct Commandment from God, written in stone with his own finger,(Rememeber) and it also existed way before Moses, it all did, look at Ezekiel 20 verses 11-12, it says that the Lord showed them, which means make known. If you make something known to someone that means it already existed.

The Sabbath goes back say to the 7th day of creation, the Lord hallowed the 7th day. When one keeps this day it shows the Lord who you worship, the creator of heaven and earth, just how many times is this reference used in the Bible to describe God, many. Read Isaiah chapter 58. I suggest all read Ecclesiastes 12 verse 13 and see what man's all is, what they are to do, it is pretty straight forward. Now some will say that the Sabbath is for the Jews, well if that is the case then I guess they would try and convince you that Adam and Eve were both Jewish. If one believes that to be the case I have some oceanfront property in Arizona to sell.

The Jews added man made Laws regarding the Sabbath, that became a burden on the people, that is why Jesus gave the teachers such a hard time. Have a good holiday all.
